NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Lake Creek Metropolitan District (“District”) and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the District shall consider increasing the District’s water rates effective January 2027 at an open public meeting to be held at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at the offices of Marchetti & Weaver LLC, 28 Second St, Ste 213, Edwards, Eagle County, Colorado with an option to attend via electronic Zoom meeting, https://zoom.us, Phone Only US 1 253-205-0468, Meeting ID: 862 2496 9376.

 NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any interested party may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments, or objections to the Board regarding this matter. Information regarding the possible rate increase may be obtained from the District accountant, Marchetti & Weaver, LLC, 28 2nd St, Unit 213, Edwards, Colorado, or by email to bethj@mwcpaa.com.
